Since its introduction, the timeless Tara fitting from Dornbracht has developed into a design classic that is often copied and has received many awards. A unique success story to which Dornbracht is now adding a new chapter: the refinement of the classic Tara in terms of design and technology with new surfaces.
The “new” Tara is a logical continuation of the modern classic. The faucet has been carefully developed further in terms of design and technology thanks to many individual improvements to details. In terms of design, a reduction in the diameter of handles and rosettes and a simultaneous lengthening of the fitting body ensure that the new Tara appears significantly slimmer, more upright and more delicate. The contours of the faucet have been sharpened to emphasize Tara’s perfect geometric, symmetrical and clear design language.
With the special editions Tara Black Edition and Tara White Edition, Tara is also available in matt black and matt white surfaces for the first time. The clear black and white colors perfectly match the architectural, timelessly modern character of the Tara.
Renovating something doesn’t always mean doing everything completely differently. Small modifications can often bring about a fundamental change. And so TARA LOGIC picks up on the shape of the TARA CLASSI single-lever mixer, modernizes it and yet is immediately recognizable: narrower, taller, upright with a proud swing – but with the same reduced design based on the cylinder structure. By deliberately avoiding a rosette, its line appears even slimmer.
