Orange-red mosaic tiles bring light and sun into the Munich bathroom under the roof. They also stand in fresh contrast to the dark roof beams.
The family grew and so the owners decided to expand the attic, which should also include a new bathroom.
The goals were to use the available space as optimally as possible, to pick up the wood of the roof beams when choosing the floor, and very important for the mosaic lovers: the use of mosaic tiles. A spacious, floor-level shower and a washbasin that is lit from below are installed in the narrow, long room.
The toilet is placed under the sloping roof next to a built-in Wenge wooden shelf. The 7.4 square meter bathroom appears modern and friendly due to the play of colors with very dark wood, white sanitary objects and the orange-red mosaic tiles.
